Is Retailer360 really free?

Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day Gold trial — all AI features, no credit card. When it ends you move to the free plan automatically (no charge), keeping GST invoices, khaata tracking and WhatsApp sharing at zero cost. Upgrade to Gold (₹199/month) for unlimited AI voice billing and advanced analytics.

Does it understand Hindi and local languages?

Voice billing works in Hindi, English and Hinglish (mixed). You can say "do kilo aata aur ek litre Amul milk" and Retailer360 will identify both products, quantities and GST. Support for more regional languages is on our roadmap.

Do I need any special hardware or scanner?

No hardware needed. Your smartphone camera works as a barcode scanner, and the app runs in your browser or as a native app. No desktop PC or receipt printer required — though we support them if you already have them.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is yours. If you enable Google Drive backup, invoice PDFs already uploaded there remain in your account. If you cancel, your account moves to the free plan and you retain access to your previously created invoices.

Does it support GST invoice fields?

Retailer360 supports GSTIN, CGST/SGST/IGST breakdowns and HSN/SAC codes. You remain responsible for checking invoice details and filing returns through your CA or GST portal.

Does it work without internet?

The app shell loads instantly and works offline for viewing. Voice billing and saving new invoices need a connection, since speech recognition and cloud sync require internet. Full offline bill creation is on our roadmap.

Can I migrate from my existing billing or accounting software?

Yes. Email us at support@viaom360.site and our team will help you migrate your customer list, product catalog and outstanding khaata balances.

Is my customer data secure and private?

Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and we do not sell your customer data. If you enable Google Drive backup, Retailer360 uses limited Drive access to create and manage the invoice files it uploads. See our full Privacy Policy.
