Upgrade to Silver (₹99/month) for unlimited billing or Gold (₹199/month) for AI voice billing and advanced analytics — and during launch, use code EARLYBIRD for 50% off.
Does it understand Hindi and local languages?
Voice billing works in Hindi, English and Hinglish (mixed). You can say "do kilo aata aur ek litre Amul milk" and Retailer360 will identify both products, quantities and GST. Support for more regional languages is on our roadmap.
Do I need any special hardware or scanner?
No hardware needed. Your smartphone camera works as a barcode scanner, and the app runs in your browser or as a native app. No desktop PC or receipt printer required — though we support them if you already have them.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours. All invoices are backed up to your personal Google Drive — we cannot delete them. If you cancel, your account moves to the free plan and you retain full access to all your previously created invoices.
Is it GST compliant?
Retailer360 generates GST-compliant invoices with GSTIN, CGST/SGST/IGST breakdowns and HSN/SAC codes. These are valid for your business records and audit-ready. For actual GST return filing you'd still use your CA or a GST portal.
Does it work without internet?
The app shell loads instantly and works offline for viewing. Voice billing and saving new invoices need a connection, since speech recognition and cloud sync require internet. Full offline bill creation is on our roadmap.
Can I migrate from my existing billing or accounting software?
Yes. Email us at support@retailer360.in and our team will help you migrate your customer list, product catalog and outstanding khaata balances.
Is my customer data secure and private?
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). We never sell or share your customer data. Google Drive backups go to your personal Google account, which we cannot access. See our full Privacy Policy.
